Twenty-five years after the debut of the original, paradigm-shifting NSX supercar, the production version of its highly anticipated successor made its European debut at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show.
If there's one thing that gets an engineer's blood racing, it's working on a supercar. Every Honda car is special -European customer deliveries of the new mid-engine sports hybrid NSX supercar are due to begin in early 2016. Powered by Honda's unique SH-AWD Super Handling All-Wheel Drive system, it will offer a new Sport Hybrid powertrain with a 3.5 i-VTEC V6 petrol engine, 3 electric motors and a 9-speed DCT dual-clutch transmission, all combining for a power output in excess of 550PS.
Specifically created to bring a "New Sports eXperience" to the supercar segment, the NSX challenges prevailing beliefs about supercars as much as the first generation did a quarter of a century ago.
